We will gladly accept the return of non custom ordered products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase.

Custom made orders are non-returnable.

No returns or exchanges due to sizing on custom apparel.

Returns must be in new (unused/unwashed/unworn) condition.

Customer is responsible for all shipping/handling costs of any returned items.

All returned items must have a return authorization number issued by Jewelz & Jemz Custom Designs.

For non-custom items, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee per time for all merchandise returns.

There is a maximum of 2 item exchanges per order.

All returned merchandise must be unworn and in re-saleable condition to qualify for a return.

All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days from receipt of the products.

Due to hygiene issues, certain items may not returnable. (Please inquiry ahead of ordering).
